If not managing the property once let, assisting client with lodging security deposit with appropriate security deposit scheme
Preparing Inventory if instructed (at extra charge)
Carrying out formal check in
Closing all utility bill accounts and informing of new occupier, if required
Closing council tax account and informing of new occupier, if required
Ensuring both landlord and tenant have all required paperwork once tenancy has commenced
