The Process: An initial meeting refines the client(s) current position and goals. A personal property acquisition plan is swiftly created detailing locations, accommodation requirements and full financial position. Once the overall goals are identified and terms of business are agreed then the search process is started. Some clients like to know the full details of every stage, with frequent updates and this is included in the service terms. Others would rather the finer details are taken care of, leaving them to review top-level progress and engage where they feel they need to.
